I turn my back for one minute and when I turned back around there was not one but two glasses of beer sitting on my table in front of my minor children along with my drink that I had been saving because I had not finished the first drink and did not want to drink it due to the fact that we were supposed to be there for two hours. After I had to order my meal from the other side of the establishment through the kitchen this waiter walked up to my table and asked me if I needed anything else and I still kindly told her no we are OK. Not to mention I had to literally chase her down and ask her for my children’s drinks after seeing her Bring other patriots their drinks before bringing them food, which is an automatic when you are in the service industry, never have I ever seen food brought to a table before drinks let alone ignored completely. I had ordered a drink previous to us sitting down so I asked my server kindly to send my drink to the table after the food had been prepared what happened next shocked me, first off my drink was the first thing served second my kids never received their drinks third there was two items missing so I took it upon myself to go to the other side of the building where the kitchen was to ask if that item was on the menu, mind you my waiter had told me that they were out of the item, that was not true. I immediately ordered food and drinks for my children and myself. When we arrived we were early everyone was very nice and welcoming but after we sat at our lane at our table everything changed. I want to start off by saying that this does not go for the entire establishment as a whole but this review is for a particular server that I happen to get stuck with. But tonight was probably the worst outing I’ve had with my children, I have never been treated with such disrespect from an employee of an establishment that has a very high-quality of service. I absolutely love bowling with my children and this was not our first visit to king pins which is why I am not giving it a one star. I’ll probably take it to OLCC because she served someone with invalid ID but cut us off because we asked her to please fill it up correctly. I’m a bartender and this was unacceptable. for sure taking to a higher manager in this location.
Also she didn’t serve us alcohol but she serve someone with a invalid ID that says a lot of her. this would be our first and last time, we will continue to go to big Al’s we been going there for years and we always have a pleasant experience stay away from this place and that ANEL girl she is very rude no customer service at all. They even tried to cancel our lines we had kids there playing. Then replied to me saying that’s how me served them, very rude, then we brought to her attention there was other mugs served completely then she said well that’s how I served them again very rude, she told me if you don’t like it don’t drink it, just for that she said I’m cutting you guys off very rude and disrespectful.

After that we went back for another drink and my beer wasn’t full was pretty empty so I asked (Anel) nicely if she could please fill up my mug she. We got there and we got food then we order drinks me and my husband were on our first Drink then the bartender (Anel) told him that was the only drink she was going to serve him Because his ID was invalid I was very surprised because she never asked for his ID, then my husband told her you never checked my ID. I give one star because there is no 0 star option last night for the first time we decided to give it a try big family of 15. You can go to any other house and pay $7 per game Staff was not knowledgeable at all and when confronted with the issues, they really didn't care if we came back very sad … – show It is not worth the money for a family of 4 you get roughly 1 1/2 games which is like $10 per game per person. We are moving to the area and need a nice bowling alley. they do not give discounts to pro PBA bowlers or out of city league bowlers it is a flat rate. We were told that we could have the lane for an hour and a 1/2 we paid for an hour and was going to add another half an hour when they had scheduled a birthday party previously after us they were trying to rush us out before we were even finished bowling or finished with our drinks and food we ask the staff numerous times to please not clean up our area until we were fully done Which they finally listen to. In this facility you only rent the lane's per hour it is not per game it is roughly $40 per hour and whether or not you're done with the game the Lane shuts off.
